Psychologists team in Barcelona, since 1994, composed by specialized psychologists in clinical psychology and psychotherapy. Our team of psychologists and psychotherapists has over 25 years of experience in counselling, treatment, therapeutic approach and attention to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families.

Working method

The working method is based on the patient understanding. Through the information provided by them and our knowledge, we begin an exploration of the emotional structure, looking for the sources of conflict; either at individual or relational level. In order to determine the most appropriate treatment, we start therapy with two or three sessions of interviews. This diagnostic phase allow us to understand the problems experienced by the patients. After that, we establish with them the basic steps of the therapy. With their agreement, we begin the treatment phase.

After our experience, we evidence that in most cases, the success of therapy is decided in this phase of therapeutic approach.

Centre Diagonal offers treatment options: individual sessions, supportive psychotherapy facing a specific problem, and prolonged psychotherapy; according to each problem, and for adults, adolescents or children, or for families or couples.
